1. Overview and Application
TK-ES can significantly improve the early strength of concrete at different temperatures without adversely affecting its late strength. It can benefit winter construction, shorten the construction period and improve the utilization of forms, the top post, pedestal to reduce leasing costs and labor costs; significant improvement of the workability, homogeneity, cohesion of concrete and reduction in labor intensity and mechanical wear will be seen if TK-ES is used; performance indicators of concretes mixed with TK-ES are in line with requirements of GB8076-2008 quality standards.

2. Product Model and Usage
2.1. TK-ES1 standard type: used at 0 ℃ ~ 15 ℃, dosage range: 1.5% -3.0%; water reducing ratio is more than 10-20%. Over 70% of the design strength can be achieved after molding for 3 days at room temperature. Suitable for brick structure, ring beams, structural columns, balconies, canopies and other concrete and masonry mortar works, and concrete works of ground floor.

2.2 TK-ES2 efficient type: Applicable temperature -5 ~ 15 ℃; dosage range: 2.0% -3.0%. Water reducing ratio is more than 15-25%; over 80% of the design strength can be achieved after molding for 3 days at room temperature, and 100% after 7 days, and 150% more than the design strength after 28 days; if it is cured at 50 ℃, the design strength that can be reached normally after 28 days can be realized in merely 3 days, thereby making this product suitable for frame construction, emergency repairs, early strength, high strength, high fluidity cast-in-situ columns, beams, panels, cornice and other concrete works.   

2.3. TK-ES3 ultra-early strength: applicable to construction at -10 ℃ ~ 5 ℃; dosage range: 3.0% -5.0%; water reducing ratio ≥ 20-30%; 50% of the design strength can be achieved after molding for 1 day at room temperature, and the design strength that can be reached normally after 28 days can be realized in merely 3 days;  formwork can be dismantled in 10 hours by applying slip-form construction; formwork can be dismantled in one day using large panel formwork in construction; if it is cured at 50 ℃, over 80% of the design strength can be reached after 12 hours.
Mixed with TK-ES-type early strength superplasticizer, the concrete strength growth ratio will change with temperature (increase or decrease). The optimal values can be determined through experiments based on field conditions before use.

3. Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The powder product is packaged in plastic-lined poly-woven bags with the capacity of 50kg or 25kg/piece; the shelf life is one year if the product is kept in a dry and ventilated place.
Liquid product shall be stored in 220 kg ± 2kg drums. The shelf life is 180 days if the product is kept at room temperature.
